How to move the Whisker Menu's search field from the bottom to the top

How do I move the Whisker Menu's search field from the bottom to the top?

To clarify, my Panel is at the bottom of my screen (and should remain there). I'd like to the move this search field:

Can anyone help?

Hello and welcome.

Right-click the Whiskermenu icon and select Properties. On the "Behavior" tab, toggle the "Position search entry next to panel button" option.
