Hi. Here's mine.
My OS started as Linux Mint Cinnamon, but I've added XFCE4 as well.
Sorry about the size, can't find out where Imgur has the commands to let you choose how big the shared image is.
And I couldn't resist the Windows XP Menu button.

Here's my XFCE desktop environment, using my own Computing Machine theme, which I provide details on in the following thread:

Interesting your image, what is the name of the package you see in the window one with colored squares?

It's called Psensor and it's in Synaptic Package Manager, as well as the Software manager. It puts an icon in the taskbar, and you can configure it to show things like CPU & GPU temps & show a graph.

Greetings to y'all!
I've been meaning to do this for while, so here is a slightly-out-of-date screenshot of one of my system's xfce4-desktop:
Distro: Linux Mint 18.3 with XFCE4-4.12.3. It sports a vertical 2-row panel on the left margin, with some of the plugins spanning both rows of the "deskbar".The icon set is "Obsidian-Sand-Light", the theme is "Supreme", my tweaked version of the "uberstudent-sand" theme that came with the now-defunct "uberstudent" distro.

Hey, @bluebyt
Looking here (second post on this thread):
https://forum.xfce.org/viewtopic.php?pid=55922#p55922
How was the Elementary icon theme installed? I have found a few “elementary” icon themes, but none look like this magnificent blue one... I also happen to use Arch Linux.

Not the @OP, but look in the AUR for the elementary-blue icon theme. It only includes blue folder icons.
BTW, welcome to the forums.

Yeah, it is the “chosen one”, indeed!
BTW, welcome to the forums.
I have switched from OpenBox to Xfce about 5 years ago and have been very happy ever since
Thanks a lot for the warm welcome!

How to take a screenshot?
Usually ffmpeg not install with xfce4

Try xfce4-screenshooter. If it's not installed, it should be in your distro's repositories.

Panel plugins arranged by click rate: because the window close, maximize, etc. buttons are in the top right corner, so I put the most frequently used items here, and the ones in the bottom left corner that I don’t usually even click on.

I like your way of thinking. I don't go that far, having the panel at the top and launching things with the keyboard is enough for me, but it makes such a difference to your wrists to consider mouse travel when laying things out.
