Yes it is. Click on the "Report" link at the bottom of this post and let me know what you would like to change it to and I will make the change.

Hello Toz. I have a duplicate forum account. I know the old email address and part of the registered IP address. However, I do not know the old password anymore and I don't have access to that email address since it was on an old ISP. I'm not sure if the old user had any posts. How do I go about recovering that account or deleting it?
