session and startup --- GNOME settings overrides migration

Hi,

Did fresh install of fedora and thereafter XFCE

"GNOME settings overrides migration" is autostarted by Session and Startup.
Could I safely remove this autostart ?
What does it do ?
(could not find documentation)

Hello and welcome.

It's not an Xfce component, so not quite sure what it is.  What is the executable that is run by that desktop file? Search the fedora repositories to see which package provides that.

Edit: perhaps this? If so, looks like something specific to the gnome DE.
