Resource temporarily unavailable.

I installed Kali Linux on my Windows 10 machine. Im now trying to Install xfce4 On Kali Linux using the command;

wget https://kali.sh/xfce4.sh

          but all i get is;

--2019-08-04 16:30:46--  https://kali.sh/xfce4.sh
Resolving kali.sh (kali.sh)... 45.79.158.143
Connecting to kali.sh (kali.sh)|45.79.158.143|:443... failed: Resource temporarily unavailable.

Kindly help

Your question is a Kali question - not an Xfce question. You might want to follow up with their forums.

Using wget to download a script to install a program is a very unsecure method of installing anything. You may want to verify your instructions.
