"Send To" from desktop

Is there a way to add the "Send to" item to context menu for files on the desktop? There's just no such item now. To send a file I open Thunar and go to the /home/user/Desktop directory, there it works, as well as in any other directory.

Using the latest version of Mint.

I don't think you can make the native "Send to" menu appear, but perhaps something could be done with a Thunar custom action + Zenity/Yad.

Unfortunately that's beyond my skills, but some forum regulars might help, hi there!
