Sorting Symbols in Taskbar like on Windows

Hi,

i miss the sorting function of the symbols in the taskbar i had on windows 7. i never group symbols to one (not when using linux and not when using windows). on windows the symbols are sorted in the order i started the program. i can use the same with xfce. but on windows when i open firefox two times the second symbol is sorted right to the first firefox window. when i remove firefox i remove both windows (thats not the same as grouping the firefox windows). is this possible with xfce?

or can i remove only the taskbar? is there an alternative application?
