Whiskers > Settings > Appearance > Fonts > Default Font

when i change the font or size in Whiskers > Settings > Appearance > Fonts > Default Font there is just one file that is updated with a new date or time.  that file is /home/skaperen/.config/xfce4/panel/xfce4-orageclock-plugin-10.rc but it makes no sense since this has a name that means it is likely for the Orage Clock plugin.  also ... the file contents remains the same.  so my big question is, where does it keep that font setting?

I think it'd be /home/skaperen/.config/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/xsettings.xml

Re: Whiskers > Settings > Appearance > Fonts > Default Font

that does look like the right file.  now i see why my search failed; i had the file scan depth at 4.  i need to just remove the depth limit in that script, since it scans ~/.config and that already avoids the big project trees.
