How to change vala-panel-appmenu font color ?

hi, i hope you can help me..

how to change this font color ? i use vala-panel-appmenu as global menu for my XFCE.
i tried to change gtk.css on gtk-3.0 but cant work

 

but worked for some extension like clock and name on panel, not for battery, wifi indicator and vala panel

there's no way of changing the global menu font color, and that can be problematic with some themes.

That article is from February, 2017, though - so the developer might have added the feature you are looking for.

yup sir, i just check when i changed the theme, the font color of vala-panel and battery color following changed too, but i dont know wheres line of css how to change it...

the theme i use

Mojave Dark Theme
