Panel Dual-Click

Good day everyone!

I've been looking for an answer for a couple days now, but to no avail. I want to be able to make items in the panels require double-click before launching. I've checked the regular mouse settings, desktop icons do launch with double click.. but can't figure out how to make this change with the panel I created.
