Enabling RGB sub-pixel rendering on a per-application basis

Is there a way I can get xfsettingsd to only apply RGB subpixel rendering to a particular app? When I turn it on, it makes Wine apps look better and everything else look worse. I'd like to limit the setting to Wine somehow.

Trust me, I have tried that and every other Wine-related suggestion I could find. None of them work remotely as well as XFCE's method.
