xfce theme

Hello
I have a query about how to modify a theme with xfce 4.12

I use a plasmabolt theme
http://xfce-look.cp1.hive01.com/content … ent=158436

is really a very wonderful theme but there is a problem that needs some minor adjustments
In Firefox, for example, the title bar with a background is black and misleading in black
When entering a forum to write a new topic, the color of the sandbox is black and written in black, there is nothing visible from the writing

How can this be modified ??

For firefox, see if these suggestions work.
