Fade in out animations

It would be nice if xfwm4 compositor gives the possibility to add fade in and out animation for open close minimize maximize events. I know that I can install compiz or activate compton instead of xfwm4 compositor, but native support would be simpler. Is there anyone who could help me in adding timed events. I saw where to add the setopacity command in client.c
