Hi,
I am using a xfce session and at some times the keys are in responsive and hangs.
I do the following command via ssh to the same host to refresh.
"nohup xfwm4 --replace &"
I am using xfce version 4.8.0 on RHEL 6.7.
can someone please provide the permanent fix for this?
Thank you,
Raj

Version 4.8 is very old. Isn't there a newer version available? I know 4.12 was available for Centos /RHEL 7 and I thought 4.10 at least was in 6.

I am not sure, can someone what are the system requirements to upgrade/install xfce 4.10?
I wanted to install on rhel 6.7.
Thank you,
Raj

I gather most people install from the Centos repos as Centos is built on RHEL. Centos is popular source of packages that RHEL don't supply.
