xfce panels, replicate on all monitors?

This probably doesn't exist already, but has anyone considered an option to automatically replicate a panel on all monitors;

What I usually do with a multi-screen setup is try to build similar panels manually - the problem is I frequently end up changing the number of monitors I have connected (e.g using one of my desktop screens as a laptop second screen, or connecting another monitor further away from the desk ..)   .. which means different configurations.
(I usually just end up with one monitor showing the panel , but again sometimes change which one I really want to be the primary display)

Usually what I want is just the system menu, common launchers, and window list (with the option to just show whats on the current monitor).
