Re: crash gtk2

Hello and welcome.

Please have a read of this thread to get a better understanding of the information to post in order to get assistance.

You really need to provide some context:
- what application are you running (what is guerilla)?
- what are you doing when it crashes?
- what version of Xfce are you running?
- which distro?
- and most importantly, why you believe this is a problem with/in Xfce?

Re: crash gtk2

- what application are you running (what is guerilla)?

In this case i was running guerilla render. It's a CG software.

- what are you doing when it crashes?

It crash everytime i try to acces the browser to open or save file.

- what version of Xfce are you running?

4.12

- which distro?

Fedora 23

why you believe this is a problem with/in Xfce?

Fedora + kde or fedora + gnome work perfectly on other work station.

Thanks.

Re: crash gtk2

Thanks for providing the additional information - it was helpful.

Fedora + kde or fedora + gnome work perfectly on other work station.

How similar or different are these systems from the Xfce system? Are they also running fedora 23?

I tested this application on an (Arch Linux) workstation and it worked fine. I then tested it in a Fedora 23 Xfce spin VM and it crashed just like yours did. I installed Gnome into this VM and it crashed as well under Gnome. This leads me to believe that this should be filed as a bug in either fedora's bug tracker or the guerilla developer's bug tracker (if they have one).

If it helps, here is a backtrace of the crash - similar to the dump you get in the terminal, but with a little more diagnostic info (looks like an issue with libpng):
