What icon theme is this?

Anyone know what icon theme is being used here (Plus, Remove, Close, Help etc.)? I know there's not much to go on, but I can't find anymore of it. It's the Greybird theme, just not sure on the icons.

Did you look already at Settings Manager > Appearance: Icons tab, and see what is highlighted?

It's not a theme I have installed. I just saw the image on this site and wondered what icons they were.

I have already checked the icon sets I have installed.

It also looks A LOT like Greenbird.
