Single-file XFWM themes?
Right now, XFWM themes contain a lot of small files, mostly .png's and .xpm's (122 in the Default theme). On an old-style (non-SSD) hard disk, this means significant time spent in looking up inodes and reading one small file after another during XFCE startup. During boot, my system currently reads around 750 files altogether, so "compiling" an XFWM theme into a single file would be a significant speedup. Is this possible?
